Over 300 business and community leaders gathered at the prestigious Boca Raton Resort & Club where the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce (GBRCC) held its 2010 Business Awards Luncheon.

This year’s event was held to honor Bobra Bush of Telcom Corporation and Telcare Corporation (2010 Small Business Leader of the Year), Charles Shane of Bryason Realty Group (2010 Business Leader of the Year), and Lynn University (2010 Business of the Year).

The Realtors Commercial Alliance / Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches awarded “Office Deal of the Year” for 2009 to Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida.

The award is in acknowledgement of a 17,808 square foot lease to Summit Brokerage Services at 595 Financial Center. Mr. Shane represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction. Effective December 4, 2009, Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. has leased 17,808 SF of office space from 595 Financial Center, for a term of seven (7) years.
