Charles Shane brings more than 30 years of real estate industry experience to Bryason Realty Corporation.
Mr. Shane’s expertise encompasses all disciplines within the real estate industry, including brokerage, development, leasing, property management, appraisals, market analysis, construction oversight and asset management for commercial office, retail and multi-family developments. He has spent the last 15 years in the development, leasing, sales and management of commercial properties in Southeast Florida.
Prior to establishing Bryason Realty Corporation, Mr. Shane was Senior Vice President at Brenner Real Estate Group in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this capacity, he coordinated all leasing, sales, construction, development, market analysis, renovation, and asset management activities on behalf of a large commercial real estate portfolio.
During his career, Mr. Shane has been actively involved with coordinating and implementing marketing proposals and development budgets for institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Clients have included national and international firms, financial institutions and numerous governmental regulatory agencies such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), and the Federal Asset Management Organization (FAMA).
An alumnis of Temple University in Philadelphia, Mr. Shane also studied Business Administration and Management at Monmouth College and Real Estate Appraisal Principles and Practices at Rutgers University. Mr. Shane holds the prestigious Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Trustee and former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Shane serves on the Board of Directors of the Golden Bell Education Fund, and as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Business Leaders United Political Action Committee (BLU-PAC).
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Mr. Shane has resided in South Florida for the past 30 years. He is married with two children and lives in Highland Beach with his wife.
