The Realtors Commercial Alliance / Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches awarded “Office Deal of the Year” for 2009 to Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida.

The award is in acknowledgement of a 17,808 square foot lease to Summit Brokerage Services at 595 Financial Center. Mr. Shane represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction. Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation, negotiated the lease which is the largest leasing transaction in the downtown Boca Raton financial district in several years. The terms of the lease are as follows:

Effective December 4, 2009, Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. has leased 17,808 SF of office space from 595 Financial Center, for a term of seven (7) years. The space encompasses one and a half floors at 595 South Federal Highway in Boca Raton. Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation represented the landlord and the tenant.
