Lease Signed for 17,808 SF Office in Boca Raton
Bryason Realty Corporation, a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a commercial lease with Summit Brokerage Services, Inc., in Boca Raton. Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation, negotiated the lease which is the largest leasing transaction in the downtown Boca Raton financial district in several years. The terms of the lease are as follows:
Effective December 4, 2009, Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. has leased 17,808 SF of office space from 595 Financial Center, for a term of seven (7) years. The space encompasses one and a half floors at 595 South Federal Highway in Boca Raton. Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation represented the landlord and the tenant.
