Charles Shane Receives “Office Deal of the Year”
The Realtors Commercial Alliance / Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches awarded “Office Deal of the Year” for 2009 to Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida.
The award is in acknowledgement of a 17,808 square foot lease to Summit Brokerage Services at 595 Financial Center. Mr. Shane represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction.
